Over 60 years of stage presence, more than 600 songs and a popularity that connects generations - Frank Schöbel is far more than just a pop singer. He is a piece of German music history. With his new tour "Der nächste Frühling", the charismatic entertainer is returning to the stage, bringing with him the passion and authenticity that have characterised him since the start of his career in 1962.

From "Wie ein Stern" to the present day Frank Schöbel is a phenomenon: he celebrated cult success in music cinema with films such as "Heißer Sommer", was one of the few East German artists to storm the all-German charts with his mega-hit "Wie ein Stern" and created the best-selling album in GDR history with "Weihnachten in Familie". But Frank never stood still. With attitude and depth, he shaped the musical landscape and proved his courage with songs such as "Wir brauchen keine Lügen mehr".
