Every last Sunday of the month (May - September), we meet at 8.30 a.m. right by the lake to get the day off to an active start together. You can expect exercise, motivation and a really great sense of community!

Whether you're a beginner or a sports pro - everyone is welcome

You decide after the morning sport what it was worth to you The total amount will then go into the donation pot for a social organisation at the end of the year!
